Sarah and Winnie are absolutely amazing at helping customers achieve their body goals. What I love about LuminaShape is that they don't pressure you into purchasing unnecessary packages like other places. Their main focus is on helping you reach your body image goals by recommending the right treatments tailored to your needs. Honestly, it’s the best service I’ve ever experienced.

I can’t say enough good things about the DualShape slimming treatment! From the very beginning, my experience has been fantastic. Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I was comfortable at every step. The treatment itself was painless, and I started noticing visible results after just a few sessions. Sarah also listened to my concerns and customized a treatment plan that suited my needs. If you're looking for a non-invasive way to target stubborn visceral fat, I highly recommend the DualShape treatment here!

Service standard always super good. No hard selling. The best salon I've been to. The staff here is so accommodating, will always try to accommodate to my availability. I've seen my result and friends around me keep asking what I've done. Highly recommend for all their services. Thank you Sarah and Winnie

I have been to several places to get the same service but none of it yielded results. It’s totally different with Luminashape! I tried their Brazilian permanent hair removal, using SHR technology and in just 1 session, i can see the results! The whitening works wonders in addition to the hair removal effect. Thank you, Sarah and Winnie for your great service! Definitely worth the money!

My slimming trial at the salon today turned out better than expected, despite feeling mad with myself for running late and rushing there. I'm very grateful to be in the skillful hands of Sarah who's had several years of experience in slimming. I'm touched by her generous sharing of resources for the benefit of customers. Sarah is genuinely interested in resolving body concerns and seeing results. I felt seen and valued as an individual during my visit. The trial was worthwhile and I will consider going back in future.

The great customer service + nice clean pleasant soothing environment is what makes me come back. Plus their aircon is not too strong, and they even have a heating bed adjusted to your temperature needs!! Sarah and Winnie goes the extra mile and recommends based on your skin concern.

Also tried their Fat Burn & Body Sculpting treatment. Surprised at the innovative machine which helps stimulate up to 20,000 sit-ups / squats in a 30 mins session! Next 1-2 days I felt the slight sore in my abdomen.
